Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a project before any work has commenced, a full refund may be provided. However, once work has started, partial refunds may apply depending on the level of completion.
  • Project Delay: If a project is significantly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the nature and timeline of the delay.
  • Non-Satisfactory Service Delivery: If a client is dissatisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with the client to make revisions. If, after multiple revisions, the client remains dissatisfied, a partial refund may be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed Projects: Once a project has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
  • Website Hosting and Domain Services: Fees for website hosting, domain registration, and other third-party services we procure on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable due to the time-intensive and result-oriented nature of these services.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed in the following manner:

  • Refund Request: Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the deliverable they are dissatisfied with. Requests submitted beyond this time frame may not be considered.
  • Review Period: Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the case, including project scope, work completed, and any specific issues highlighted by the client. The review process may take up to 14 days.
  • Refund Amount: If approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Refunds are generally issued as a percentage of the initial payment, with partial refunds depending on the project phase and deliverables provided.
